The engagement of Jenna Wentz, formerly of Jim Thorpe, to John Reith, also formerly from Jim Thorpe, has been announced by their parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward and Carla Moyer of Jim Thorpe.
She is a 2004 graduate of Palmerton Area High School, and a 2007 graduate of Antonelli Institute, majoring in photography and specialized technology.
She is employed as an associate at a photography studio in Bel Air, Md.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Wayne and Cindy Reith of Albrightsville.
He is a 2003 graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School. He attended Lock Haven University for four years, majoring in journalism and mass communications.
He is employed as a manager of a photography studio in Wilmington, Del.
The couple currently resides in Bel Air.
They became engaged in June 2009 and are planning a wedding for September 2010 in Ocean City, Md.
