Police find woman lying on roadway

State police at the Frackville barracks said Samina L. Borinsky, 20, of Pottsville, will be charged with public drunkenness and underage drinnking as a result of an incident on Tuesday at 7:50 p.m. on Mountain Road in Middleport Borough.

Police said troopers discovered the woman lying on the roadway and was intoxicated to the point that she could not get up off the ground. The Schuylkill Haven EMS corps transported her to the Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsville, for emergency treatment.
