Man cited at SH borough hall
A Summit Hill man was cited after he caused a disturbance in the borough hall.
According to borough police, John Horvath, 61, of 239 E. White St., entered the municipality building around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 4. He preceded to cause a disturbance yelling at the borough secretary.
Police cited Horvath for disorderly conduct.
