Violation of PFA order
State police at Fern Ridge have charged a Monroe County man with violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.
Troopers said Felix Ortiz, 52, of Kunkletown, allegedly violated the order given to a 32-year-old woman from 39 Long Mountain Drive North, in Chesntuthill Township. The incident occured on Nov. 3 at 5:30 a.m.
