Car and deer mishap in Monroe
A car and deer accident was reported on Monday, Nov. 9, about 8:30 p.m. along SR115, just north of Toll Road, in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County.
State police at Fern Ridge said Agnes James, 26, of Blakeslee, was driving a 2000 Audi southbound when a deer entered the road in front of her. The vehicle struck the deer causing disabling damages to the vehicle. James was not injured, troopers said.
