Driver to be cited after collision

One of two drivers involved in a crash along a Schuylkill County road will be cited. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the crash occurred along the Port Carbon/St. Clair Highway, in East Norwegian Township, about 9:17 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6.

Troopers said Mary E. Sulikoski, 24, of New Philadelphia, was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Bereta southbound when she crossed the double yellow line and entered the northbound lane where the front end tire side of her car hit a 2006 Dodge Charger, driven by Bernad J. Lubinsky Jr., 31, of St. Clair, in the front end drivers' side.

After impact the Beretta traveled about 39 feet before coming to rest in the southbound lane. After impact the Charger traveled about 50 feet before coming to rest in the northbound lane.

No one was injured but both vehicles had to be towed from the scene, troopers said.

Troopers said Sulikoski will be cited.
