Schuylkill driver facing DUI charge
A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a traffic stop.
State police at Frackville said Adam T. Yurcho, 29, of Nuremberg, was stopped for a traffic code violation about 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Mahanoy and Pine sts., in the village of Nuremberg, North Union Township.
Troopers said he was found to be under the influence and transported to the barracks where he submitted to a breath test. The test revealed he was over the legal limit of .08 percent. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
