Teen cited for Tamaqua incident
A Nesquehoning teen has been cited by Tamaqua police for allegedly harassing a Panther Valley teacher.
Thomas J. Devitt, 18, of 22 W. Catawissa St., allegedly followed the teacher from Cedar Street to an area near her Tamaqua home on Nov. 4. He then proceeded to yell an obscenity directed towards her.
