Two cited in Shenandoah

Two persons were cited following an incident in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 3:50 p.m. to the rear of 30 S. White St., (Market St.). Troopers said Michael Whitecavage, 50, and Michael Saba, 38, both of Shenandoah, engaged in conduct in connection with an alleged spitting issue and profanities being hollored at each other. Additionally, there was a report of a baseball bat being displayed, however, no actions were taken relative to the use of the baseball bat, troopers added.

Both men will receive non-traffic citations for disorderly conduct, troopers added.
