November 14, 2003 Northern Lehigh's defense limits Northwestern to just eight yards rushing and the Bulldogs post a 20-3 win to claim the District 11 Class AA championship. Jake Serfass carries 14 times for 81 yards and a touchdown to lead the Nolehi offense. Serfass scores on a 12-yard run, as does teammate Kyle Follweiler. The winners, coached by Jim Tkach, also receive a nine-yard scoring pass from Pete Wayda to Aaron Bortz. Defensively, Craig Plotsko records four sacks.
