Several individuals cited during incident

Citations were filed against the following individuals for an incident that occurred on Nov. 1 at 1:17 a.m. in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road: Public drunkenness and two counts of disorderly conduct against Michael Pastier, 30, of 1162 Blue Barn Road, Allentown; disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness against Ronald Locher, 44, of 775 Rock Street, Lehighton; disorderly conduct and public drunkenness against Heather Lacy, 32, of 1279 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton; disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness against Shannon Lacy, 36, of 1279 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton; disorderly conduct and harassment against Amanda Pastier, 27, of 1162 Blue Barn Road, Allentown; disorderly conduct and public drunkenness against Daniel Gruber, 35, of 1330 Washington Avenue, Northampton; and four counts of disorderly conduct, three counts of harassment and public drunkenness against Glen Greenzweig, 37, of 820 Ward Street, Apt. 4, Allentown.

Unlawful possession of controlledsubstance

Criminal charges were filed against Justin Kulls, 22, of 2281 Long Run Road, Lehighton, for unlawful possession of controlled substance. The incident occurred on Oct. 30 at 4:27 p.m. in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Harassment

A citation was filed against Chad Miller, 19, of 747 Pine Street, Palmerton, for harassment. The violation occurred on Oct. 29 at 7:02 p.m. in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.

Traffic violation

Mario Garaffa, 24, of 135 S Sixth Street, Apt. B8, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Nov. 9 at 8:46 p.m. on SR248 west.

A citation was issued to Leonardo Castiglioni, 18, of 2847 Spruce Hollow Road, Saylorsburg, for careless driving. The violation occurred on Nov. 10 at 9:31 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Sixth Street.

Criminal charges were filed against Lester Davis, 32, of 119 S Mulberry Street, Easton, for accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property. The incident occurred on Oct. 23 at 10:41 p.m. at Second Street and Delaware Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Robert Holliday, 25, of 11 E. Hazard Street, Summit Hill, was cited for drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred on Nov. 6 at 2:08 p.m. in the 400 block of Third Street.

Theft

Criminal charges were filed against Jesse Neff II, 29, of 432 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, for theft, unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Aug. 24 at 10:27 a.m. at the above address.

Disorderly conduct

A citation was filed against a 17-year-old Kunkletown male for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

A citation was issued to Sarah Thom, 19, of 123 Red Feather Road, Brecknridge, CO, for speeding. The violation occurred on Nov. 7 at 1:39 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
