Twelve area residents among 88 arraigned by DA
Twelve area residents were among 88 who were arraigned Monday before District Attorney James P. Goodman in the Schuylkill County Courthouse on criminal charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. Those arraigned were:
Zachary James Bonhomme, 18, of 89 Penn St., Lehighton, charged by Patrolman Michael O'Neill, Ashland police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana in Wasington Park last July 17.
Andrew Peter Depalma, 48, of 285-17 Lower Nis Hollow Rd., Lehighton, charged by Patrolman Charles Blesse, Coaldale police, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, DUI of drugs and failing to have a valid driver's license when stopped last July 14.
Marc Anthony Greenaway, 22, of 2 Billlies Road, New Philadelphia, charged by Chief Shawn Tray, West Mahanoy Township police, with theft of a credit card from Converco 17 Starter Drive, Frackville, a company he previously worked for and is accused of using the card 92 times at various services stations in payment of $5,026.55 for gasoline.
Jordan M. Flexer, 22, of 20 Field Road, Tamaqua, charged by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Rush Township Police, with DUI when stopped on Marion Avenue last July 2.
Patrick McAndrew, 57, of 133 Skyline Drive, Tamaqua, charged by Patrolman Richard Bekesy, Tamaqua police, with DUI when stopped on SR309 last Aug. 4.
