Vehicle stop leads to drug charge
A vehicle stop led to a drug charge pending against a Monroe County resident.
State police at Lehighton said Andrew Dominick Angelone, 26, of Kunkletown, was stopped about 10:11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, along Gilbert Road at Mount View Road, in Polk Township, for a motor vehicle code violation.
Troopers said while at the stop it was determined that Angelone was in possession of a controlled substance. A drug charge is pending test results, troopers noted.
