Luzerne driver in Carbon mishap

A Luzerne County driver was involved in a one vehicle crash about 11:14 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, along SR209, in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Maureen B. O'Donnell, 59, of Drums, was driving a 2006 Lexus GS300 northbound when the vehicle crossed the southbound lane and struck a large log and then a house. O'Donnell was injured but refused medical treatment, troopers said.

She was cited for roadways laned for traffic.
