3 charged by Summit Hill police

Summit Hill police have charged three people for alleged criminal acts.

Nawaz Mohammad, 57, of 48 W. Ridge St., Summit Hill, was charged with three counts of indecent assault and harassment. In August police received a report of an individual inappropriately touching females. Investigation revealed that Mohammad allegedly touched three girls inappropriately.

Ashley Orach, 23, of 10 S. Pine St., Summit Hill, was charged with criminal mischief after police on Oct. 22 received a complaint that she had allegedly damaged property of a Summit Hill resident at 253 E. White St.

Also, police charged a 15-year-old Coaldale girl with harassment after she allegedly struck a 13-year-old Summit Hill girl on June 18 at about 8:30 p.m.
