Weatherwood actions approved

The Carbon County commissioners approved the following personnel action at the Carbon County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Weatherwood, during the month of November:

Employment Separation

• Amanda Minder, Jim Thorpe, nurse aide, effective Nov. 12.

Leave of Absence Extension

• Deborah A. Hartz, Weatherly, from Nov. 1, to Nov. 30.

Resignation

• Donna Tarone, Hazleton, RN PRN, effective Oct. 21. Note: Change from employment separation to resignation, correction of previous personnel report dated Oct. 22.

Seminar/Training Requests

• Jerome Grega, John Petuch, and Harry Vetter, Fire Protection and Building Products, Pittston.

• Kathleen Nocchi, Provider Meeting, Grantville.
