Joseph P. McArdle Jr., 14 E. Sixth St., Jim Thorpe, filed against Angela M. McArdle, 36 Susquehanna St., Apt. 3, Jim Thorpe. They were married Aug. 18, 2001.

Kristen M. Berger, 6361 Jackson Drive, East Stroudsburg, filed against Roger L. Berger, 215 Forest Inn Rd., Lehighton. They were married Oct. 7, 1995.

Insurance suit

Geico General Insurance Co., One Geico Blvd., Fredericksburg, Va., as subrogee for Daniel P. McHugh, filed suit against Michael R. Smith, 446 E. Kline Ave., Lansford.

The suit states Smith was the operator of a vehicle involved in a crash with a vehicle owned by McHugh and insured by Geico. Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.

Capital One Bank, c/o 804 West Ave., Jenkintown, filed against John R. Keblish, aka, John J. Keblish, 95 Alpine Drive, Jim Thorpe, seeking $1,746.35.

Midland Funding, 1060 Andrew Drive, West Chester, filed against Adam Webber, 356 W. Ridge St., Lansford, seeking $2,105.24.

Auto crash suits

The following two actions were filed as a result of automobile accidents.

Clayton Brown, a minor, by his parent or guardian, David Brown, 84 W. Center St., Nesquehoning, filed an action against Amber L. Tandy, 190 Fairview St., Jim Thorpe.

The suit states on May 23, 2007, the minor was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Ralph Richards, Jim Thorpe, that was struck by a vehicle driven by the defendant. Negligence is alleged and damages in excess of $25,000 is sought.

Timothy Dally, Box 204, Albrightsville, filed an action against Solomon Nicholas, 86 Seneca Rd., Albrightsville. The suit states an accident occurred on Piute Trail, Albrightsville, at Old Stage Rd. The suit states it was a rear-end collision in which the defendants' vehicle struck the plaintiffs.

Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit.

Damages alleged

Mark Hansler, 675 Gilberts Hill Rd., Lehighton, filed an action against Wayne Thorpe, 119 W. Ridge St., Nesquehoning.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant caused damages to the Gilberts Hill Road home. Sought is $3,449.
