Monroe County man cited after incident
A Monroe County man was cited following an incident at his home.
State police at Fern Ridge said Robert Gardner, 22, of 2240 Arlene Drive, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, was cited for criminal mischief. He allegedly kicked and stomped on a laptop computer belonging to Brittany Costello, 18, of Effort, causing damage to the screen which rendered the computer useless, troopers said. The computer is valued at $800.
