Palmerton police report violations

DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Ricky Green, 47, of 414 Fourth Street, Palmerton, for DUI, reckless driving, and careless driving. The incident occurred on Nov. 8 at 1:53 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against William Parsons IV, 37, of 31 Dilldown Drive, Jim Thorpe, for DUI. The incident occurred on Nov. 14 at 10:28 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against Stephen Susel, 41, of 819 Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, for DUI, careless driving, and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The incident occurred on Oct. 30 at 7:57 a.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue. Criminal charges were also filed against Susel for DUI on Oct. 30 at 9:39 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment

Criminal charges were filed against Ronald Rice Jr., 39, of 460 Lafayette Avenue, 2nd floor, Palmerton, for 2 counts of harassment and stalking. The incident occurred on Nov. 15 at 4:02 p.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against Brad Kresge, 24, of 2515 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, for aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. The incident occurred on Nov. 1 at 1:17 a.m. in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Dogs running at large prohibited

Richard Trapp Jr., 41, of 570 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for dogs running at large prohibited. The violation occurred on Nov. 23 at 9:45 a.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

A citation was filed against Erik Ahner, 18, of 360 Lehigh Avenue, Apt. C, Palmerton, for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Nov. 24 at 7:35 p.m. in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Criminal trespass

A citation was issued to Brandon Coulson, 20, of 140 Delaware Avenue (LKA), Palmerton, for criminal trespass. The violation occurred on Nov. 25 at above address.

Speeding

Daniel Heine, 21, of 140 Silk Street, Jim Thorpe, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Nov. 16 at 7:01 a.m. on SR248 east.

Vehicle violation

Darlene Kleintop, 69, of 775 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on Nov. 18 at 9:40 a.m. at Seventh Street and Alley F.
