Property transfers recorded in Schuylkill Co.

A number of property transfers were recently recorded at the Schuylkill County Courthouse.

They included:

Luther G. Miller and Linda L. Miller to Luther G. Miller, property at 443 Willing Street, Tamaqua, $1 (transaction between husband and wife);

Dale N. and Judy P. Titus, West Penn Township, to Dale N. Titus, II, Huntington, Ohio, tract containing 5.034 acres on west side of Township Route 982 in West Penn Township, $1 (transaction from parents to child);

IB Property Holdings, LLC, to Tamaqua Area Community Partnership, property at 420 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, $62,500;

Christopher A. and Laressa M. Verta to Christopher A. Verta, tract containing 1.189 acres on north side of Midland Court, Country Estates South Subdivision in West Penn Township, $1 (transaction between husband and wife);

Maryliss A. Brobst to Jason D. Grantham, property at 104 Lehigh Street, Tamaqua, $30,000;

Paul D. Wargo, as executor of the last will of Margaret Wargo to Christopher Harris, property at 133 South Hancock Street, McAdoo, $58,000;
