Tuscarora Fire Co. open house on Sunday

The Tuscarora Fire Company, Walnut and Mulberry Streets, Tuscarora, is holding an Open House in honor of National Fire Prevention Week (Oct. 4-10) on Sunday, Oct. 4 from 3-6:30 p.m.

The Tamaqua Rescue Squad will perform a car cutting demonstration at 4 p.m. Other fire prevention demonstrations, such as how to extinguish a kitchen fire, will also be held.

The public is invited to attend.
