Red Cross plans blood drive in Carbon County
The American Red Cross will hold blood collections in Carbon County on the following dates:
Thursday, Oct. 15, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Palmerton Borough Hall, 443 Delaware Ave., Palmerton. Refreshment sponsor is East Penn Bank.
Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Jim Thorpe Memorial Hall, 101 East Tenth St., Jim Thorpe. Refreshment sponsor is Jim Thorpe Market.
Thursday, Oct. 22, from 1 to 6 p.m., at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 397 Hemlock Drive, Lehighton.
"Got Blood?" T-shirts will be given to all presenting donors at American Red Cross blood drives from Oct. 18 to Oct. 31.
