Six Tamaqua residents among 65 arraigned on criminal counts

Six Tamaqua residents were among 65 arraigned Monday on criminal charges before District Attorney James P. Goodman at the Schuylkill County Courthouse. All entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were:

Seth William Valentine, 29, of 323 Washington St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Karl Harig, Tamaqua police, with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, driving while his license was suspended, reckless driving and careless driving.

Brian Scott Parrish, 38, of 108 Hunter St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Thomas Duarte, Tamaqua police, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

Dustin P. Oncay, 25, of 107 Washington St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Anthony Stanell, Tamaqua police, with delivery of a controlled substance (CS), possession with intent to deliver a CS, criminal use of communication facility and possession of a CS.

Brenda L. Zimmer, 46, of 6 Cherry St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Matthew Bynon, Tamaqua police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and by Patrolman Anthony Stanell, Tamaqua police,with delivery of a CS, possession with intent to deliver a CS and possession of a CS.

Keith Daniel Neff, 26, of 119 Pine St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Jeffrey Wainright, Tamaqua police, with DUI and failing to have his car lights on during the period required and charged by Cpl. Dwayne Hacker, Tamaqua police, with two counts of access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property belonging to Gladys Weaver, Tamaqua.

Josiah D. Algard, 21, of 23 Municipal Road, New Ringgold, was charged by Patrolman Anthony Stanell, Tamaqua police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dennis Joseph Shaup, 29, of 62 Lakeside Avenue, Delano, charged by Patrolman Robert Senape, Mahanoy City police, with DUI and improper use of multiple-beam road lighting equipment.

Kelly Elaine Dougherty, 41, of 992 Clamtown Road, Tamaqua, was charged by Cpl. Dennis Wiederhold, Pottsville police, with contraband in hands of inmate, possession of a CS and possession of drug paraphernalia in county prison.

Benjamin Jacob Horner, 27, of Washington St., Middleport, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and sellling or furnishing alcohol beverages to minors.

Dale Allen Schaeffer, 26, of Norriston, and Donald James McNeely, 53, Saint Clair, both charged by Trooper James Cuttitta with burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief. The information filed to court by the trooper claims they broke into the New Ringgold Market, Hugh St., and removed an ATM bank machine valued at $2,000 plus $250 in cash from the machine. The machine was found abandoned off the Shady Lane in Walker Township.

Kyle Anthony Konas, 32, Ashland, charged by Patrolman Raymond Horan, Butler Township police, with DUI.

Charles Rubin Funk, 51, inmate at the state correctional institution in Ryan Township, was charged by Trooper Jacob Shelak with two counts of failure to comply with registering as a sexual offender.

Warren Charles Edwards, 44, Sugarloaf, Luzerne County, was charged by Patrolman Corey Herring, Rush Township police, with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to drive on roadway lined for traffic.

John Michael Tym, 27, Shenandoah, was charged by Trooper Scott Grochowski of DUI in Shenandoah, driving while his license was suspended, careless driving, failing to wear a seat belt and had an obstruction on the windshield.

Jaleesa Nicollette Ortiz, 18, and Karissa Aremar Correa, 18, both of Shenandoah, were charged by Chief Matthew Nestor, Shenandoah police, with criminal conspiracy, theft by deception, cashing a bad check and theft of moveable property.

Ashley Ann Capiga, 20, Shenandoah, was charged by Patrolman Jason Hayes, Shenandoah police, with criminal conspiracy, robbery of Puff's Store and retail theft.

Thomas Dale Carl, 20, Hegins, was charged by Trooper James Cuttitta with criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property.

John A. Weidensaul, 34, Girardville, was charged by Trooper Cuttitta with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving an unregistered vehicle, unauthorized transfer of a car registration and failing to carry car insurance.

Paul Dwayne Shingara, 28, Elysburg, Northumberland County, was charged by Trooper Mario Pompei with DUI on Ringtown Boulevard, Union Township, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic and failing to wear a seat belt.

Jeremy S. Steuber, 21, Reading, was charged by Cpl Marvin Livergood, Frackville police, with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, fleeing police, driving while license suspended and careless driving.

Joshua Elwood Ludwig, 18, Reading, was charged by Cpl. Livergood with criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Maurice Antwan Townsend, 21, no address, was charged by Patrolman Jason Hayes, Shenandoah police, with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Thomas Crosby, 45, Mahanoy City, was charged by Patrolman Robert Romanick, Mahanoy City police, with recklessly endangering another person by having four homes containing 20 people evacuated after making terroristic threats with a loaded gun.

Gary Edward Bork, 50, Branchdale, was charged by Trooper Eric Reber with manufacture of a CS, possession of a CS, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to delivery a CS in Upper Mahantongo Township.

Jose Alejandro Rodriguez, 26, Shenandoah, was charged by Chief Matthew Nestor, Shenandoah police, with DUI and failing to have a driver's license.

Philip Richard Pearsall, 21, Lititz, Lancaster County, was charged by Patrolman Jason Hayes, Shenandoah police, with criminal conspiracy, robbery of Puff's Store, simple assault and retail theft.

David L. McNesby, 24, an inmate at the state correctional institution in Ryan Township, was charged by Trooper Roy Eiler with contraband possessed by an inmate and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Myron Andrew Trunick, 29, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Cpl. Mark O'Toole, Pottsville police, with DUI.

Dennis Raymond Tobias, 43, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, Pottsville police, with DUI and driving while license suspended.

Walter H. Neumeister, 59, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with terroristic threats and disorderly at the A-Plus Mini Market.

Julie Diane Howe, 28, Allentown, was charged by Capt. Richard Wojciechowsky, Pottsville police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Tammy Marie Bugdanavage, 35, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Richard Pugh, Pottsville police, with DUI and DUI combined influence of drugs and alcohol.

Kerei Rashad Rose, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with two counts each of corruption of minors and selling or furnishing alcohol beverages to minors.

Chad Strokelitus, 24, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Paul Olson, Pottsville police, with DUI and stop sign violation.

Robert James Miller, 24, Schuylkill Haven, charged by Cpl. Dennis Wiederhold, Pottsville police, with DUI and driving wrong way on one-way roadway.

Ronald L. Knoll Jr., 30, Reading, was charged by Patrolman Eugene Yourey, Pottsville police, with DUI, driving while license suspended, committing unlawful activities and three counts of being involver din an acicdent.

Ramon Garcia Jr., 32, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Eugene Englert, Pottsville police, with DUI, being involved in an accident by striking a parked vehicle and failing to obey traffic signal.

Robert James Barlow, 46, Mahanoy Plane, Gilberton, was charged by Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, Pottsville police, with DUI, a habitual offender of state motor vehicle code, possesssion of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended and driving with a loud muffler.

Michael Kenneth Jessman, 27, Frackville, was charged by Schuylkill County Drug Task Force with delivery of a CS, possession with intent to deliver a CS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony J. Corotto, 22, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Paul Olson, Pottsville police, with DUI.

Shannon Marie O'Boyle, 38, Girardville, was charged by Cpl. Marvin Livergood, Frackville police, with false report to police to incriminate another person, receiving stolen property, reckless driving, duty to give information and render aid following accident, failing to give immediate notice to police of vehicle accident, failing to carry car insurance, driving an unregistered car, involved in accident causing damage to unattended vehicle and careless driving.

Harry Ronald Baney III, 25, Frackville, was charged by Cpl. Marvin Livergood, Frackville police, with false report to police incriminating another person and receiving stolen property and was charged by Patrolman Gerald Daley, Girardville police, with burglary of a storage shed, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, failed to give immediate notice to police of an accident, involved in accident damaging a parked vehicle, failing to drive at safe speed and careless driving.

Alicia Marie Roten, 28, Williamstown, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with four counts of possession of a CS and one count of public drunkenness.

Robert J. Laughlin Jr., 48, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman John Zuratt, Branch/Reilly townships police, with corruption of minors.

Jennifer Romberger, 33, Pottsville, was charged by the State Inspector General's Office with violation of public welfare code by receiving $3,951.45 in subsidized child care under false claim.

Joshua Mychal Bell, 20, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with corruption of minors, purchase by minor alcoholic beverages and three counts of selling or furnishing alcohol beverages to minors.

Lacey Lea Reaves, 26, Pottsville, was charged by State Inspector General's Office with violation of the public welfare code by receiving $1,600.42 in cash assistance under false claim.

Zachery Allen Kadingo, 21, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, Pottsville police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward William Sonnon, 24, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman James Englert, Pottsville police, with simple assault and harassment of Kimberly Sonnon.

John Carl Petrousky, 22, Ashland, was charged by Patrolman Kirk Becker, Pottsville police, with retail theft of a watch valued at $175 from Buy Me Again Pawn Shop.

John William Schleicher, 20, Auburn, was charged by Patrolman Gregory S. Meisner, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI.

Roger Juan Tirado, 37, Doylestown, was charged by Trooper Jacob Shelak with burglary of a trailer home along Summer Valley Road, East Brunswick Township, owned by Keith Allen Case; criminal trespass and theft of personal property.

Ryan Thomas White, 23, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Patrolman David George, Schuylkill Haven, with DUI and careless driving.

Patricia A. Krammes-Eiler, 47, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Patrolman Kenneth Jacoby, Schuylkill Haven police, with terroristic threats, harassment and two counts each of intimidation of a witness and disorderly conduct.

Malcolm Eugene Eubert III, 29, Orwigsburg, was charged by Patrolman Willliam Bradley, Orwigsburg police, with DUI, careless driving, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic and involved in an accident with a parked vehicle.

Eliana Janeth Serrano, 33, West Reading, was charged by Patrolman Scott Davis, Orwigsburg police, with DUI.

Louis Michael DeAngeles, 48, Auburn, was charged by Patrolman David George, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI and careless driving.

Jarid John Holt, 21, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Patrolman George with simple assault, recklessly endangering and harassment of Crystol Hornberger.

Michael Lee Brady Jr., 28, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Gregoy S. Meisner, Schuylkill Haven Police, with DUI and failing to have a driver's license.

Brad Alan Eiler, 27, Schuylkill Haven, was charged by Patrolman Meisner with terroristic threats and harassment of Denise Krammes

Michael Austin Liggett, 26, Carlisle, was charged by Patrolman Meisner with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Joanne Long, 25, Carlisle, was charged by Patrolman Meisner with DUI.

Lisa Marie Winfield, 41, Pottsville, was charged by Trooper William J. Luckenbill with theft of a camera owned by Janine Castle Young, of Lititz, at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds and harassment.

Louis Michael DeAngeles, 48, Auburn, was charged by Patrolman Kenneth Jacoby, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI and failing to activate turning signals when required.

Jennifer Lynn Spencer-Outman, 35, Auburn, was charged by Trooper Eric Reber with DUI on SR183 in Wayne Township.
