Carbon driver facing DUI count
A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident early Saturday, Oct. 3.
State police at Lehighton said Guy F. Hartman, 46, of Ashfield, was stopped for a traffic violation about 12:40 a.m. at Bridge and Canal streets., in Franklin Township. He was found to be under the influence and transported to the Palmerton Hospital for a blood test.
Troopers said he will be charged with DUI.
