Retail theft

Bradley Allen, 33, of 2201 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, was cited for retail theft, receiving stolen property, and public drunkenness. The incident occurred on Sept. 28 at 1:11 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Brandon Coulson, 20, of 140 Delaware Avenue, Apt. 209, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and underage drinking. The violations occurred on Sept. 19 at 3:40 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and State Road.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A juvenile referral was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton male for 2 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver or manufacture, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on Sept. 28 at 8:18 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

Robbie Gruber, 24, of 434 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Sept. 30 at 2:05 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

Brandy Kresge, 25, of 668 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 25 at 9:09 a.m. in the 1000 block of Third Street.

A citation was issued to Becky Adams, 36, of 8643 PA Route 873, Slatington, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 26 at 2:51 p.m. on SR248 east.

Daniel Johnson, 46, of 81 W Broadway, Jim Thorpe, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Oct. 1 at 6:50 a.m. on SR248 east.
