Frosty makes early visit to Summit Hill

One of the earliest sightings ever of Frosty the Snow Man happened on Oct. 15 in Summit Hill, thanks to the unusually-early snowfall that blanketed parts of the region. Frosty's creators, Tommy and Trey Turner, take time out to document one of the earliest snowfalls ever, posing with their creation in Hazard Park in the community.
