Officers were dispatched to 13 Market St., at 12:30 p.m. for a reported domestic incident. On scene they spoke with Michele Kobal, who reported being assaulted by her husband, Thomas Warren Kobal, 41. Her assailant allegedly grabbed her by the face and threatened to gouge out her eye. He then retieved a knife and threatened to slash the tires on her vehicle as well as destroy items within the house.
