Chestnuthill Column
Washed out
For the second time this summer, Mother Nature was the culprit for the cancellation of the joint car show to be hosted by the Tannersville Lions Club and the Western Pocono Lions Club a the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert. She sent so much rain it could not be held. Chief Organizer Jerry Hunsberger says a show will be planned for next year.
Funds realized at that show are used by both clubs for community service.
