Public drunkenness
Michael Kearney, 49, of 542 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on Oct. 10 at 11:50 p.m. in the 600 block of Alley F.
Barry Rausch, 38, of 11 E Maine Street, Walnutport, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.
Corruption of minors
Criminal charges were filed against Keith Lawrence, 26, of 80 Hillside Avenue, Apt. 1, Palmerton, for selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, endangering welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, and corruption of minors. The incident occurred on Aug. 7 at 5:13 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.
Aggravated assault
A juvenile referral was filed against a 15-year-old Wescoesville female for aggravated assault and simple assault. The incident occurred on Oct. 5 at 10:10 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.
Criminal trespass
Citations were filed against a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old Palmerton male for criminal trespass. The violations occurred on Oct. 13 at 3:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Traffic violation
Amy Lauer, 33, of 199 Franklin Heights Road, Lehighton, was cited for DUI, stop signs and yield signs, driving at safe speed, and careless driving. The incident occurred on Oct. 3 at 1:33 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and Second Street.
Vehicle violation
Lisa Caplan, 43, of 716 First Street, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration and expired inspection. The violations occurred on Oct. 13 at 8:17 a.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Avenue.
A citation was issued to Kristine Miller, 20, of 1107 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for sunscreening/window tint. The violation occurred on Oct. 12 at 6:13 p.m. in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.
