Monroe woman to be charged
A Monroe County woman is facing a charge of theft of services following an incident on Tuesday, Oct. 20, about 3 p.m.
State police at Fern Ridge allege that Hanna Khan, of Effort, dumped three bags of garbage in the dumpster belonging to Route 115 Food Mart, in Effort.
