Real estate suit
Tammy Graver, 9 Tulip Lane, Tamaqua, and Pamela Bauchspies, 78 Old Mill Rd., Lehighton, both as administratrixs of the estate of Dean C. Klotz, deceased, filed a civil complaint against Darlene E. Beers, executrix of the estate of Timothy A. beers, deceased, and Cobble Ridge Realty Inc., of 4445 Interchange Rd., Lehighton.
The suit alleges that decedent Beers, when a real estate agent, failed to complete his duties as an escrow agent in real estate transaction involving Klotz. A judgment of $11,050 plus interest and costs is sought.
