Domestic incident leads to charges

A Tamaqua man has been cited following a domestic dispute in the borough last Friday.

Officers were dispatched to 114 Patterson St. at 12:59 p.m. after a neighbor heard screaming coming from the home. At the scene, Alicia Whah, 22, told officers she was leaving after a fight with Gregory M. Muffley, 26, same address. Whah had red marks and a scratch on her neck.

Muffley was cited for harassment.
