Teen cited for actions with car

Tamaqua police have cited a New Ringgold teen for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.

An officer on patrol at 2:35 p.m. on Monday heard loud engine noises coming from the Race Street area. The officer then observed a red Chevrolet Berretta pull out from Race and head north on Coal Street. The Chevrolet was stopped and the driver identified as James Deem, 18, of 98 Pine Hill Rd., New Ringgold. He was then cited.
