Luzerne driver facing DUI count
A Luzerne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Carbon County.
State police at Fern Ridge said Alejandro Sarita, 45, of Hazleton, was stopped along Interstate 80 in Kidder Township, about 12:35 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, for erratic driving. He was found to be under the influence for suspected DUI. The charge is pending, troopers said.
