Monroe teen cited at plaza
A Monroe County teen has been cited following an incident at area plaza.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said a 17-year-old male from Tobyhanna was cited at the Mt. Pocono Plaza on Oct. 21 about noon. Police responded to the plaza after receiving a report of a disorderly male in the parking lot. On scene the officers found the teen in question and arrested him for causing a disturbance in the mall involving other teens. He was cited for disorderly conduct, police said.
