Two cited for harassment
Two Carbon County residents were cited for harassing each other.
State police at Lehighton said Kerry Lobel, 33, of Palmerton, and a 17-year-old male were cited following an incident at 595 Hahns Dairy Road, in Lower Towamensing Township. On Monday, Oct. 26, about 2:45 p.m. the two engaged in conduct which harassed/annoyed each other, troopers said.
