Tamaqua school

Tamaqua Police were called to the Tamaqua Area Senior High Thursday to deal with a student who was allegedly cursing while in the school office. At the scene, they discovered the student had been involved in an altercation with another student. Both of the participants were male juveniles.

Both were cited for disorderly conduct and face disciplinary action under the district's zero tolerance policy.
