Needs health care program

I'm 63 years old and have no health coverage. I need surgery on my knee. The doctor and hospital need at least $15,000. I don't have that kind of money. I can not find a job at my age even though I have a college education. Private health insurance would cost me at least $600-700 a month. My husband and I have an income of approximately $2,100 a month. Do the math! We need a good health care program for ALL CITIZENS in our country. Thank you.
