Carbon driver facing DUI charge
10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 7.
State police at Lehighton said Robert P. Clarkson, 21, of Palmerton, was stopped along SR209 in Towamensing Township for a traffic violation. He was found to be under the influence, troopers said.
He will be charged with DUI, troopers added.
