Disorderly conduct

Todd Frank, 38, of 545 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Aug. 31 at 9:59 p.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Citations were filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton male and a 16-year-old Palmerton male for disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Sept. 1 at 4:22 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

A citation was issued to Jordan Arthur, 19, of 1795 Stoney Ridge Road, Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 3 at 5:48 p.m. in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Vehicle violation

Jill Drehemsis, 28, of 819 B Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for required financial responsibility, operation following suspension of registration, and expired registration. The violations occurred on Sept. 2 at 8:45 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.

Citations were issued to Michael Kuder, 38, of 1204 N New Street, Bethlehem, for expired registration and expired inspection. The violations occurred on Sept. 2 at 12:36 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
