Lieutenant Colonel Dwayne T. McCullion is the Commander for the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

With the 52 military and civilian personnel assigned, he plans, constructs, operates and maintains $4.1B in real property, spanning 3,323 acres, 467 facilities, 850 housing units and three geographically separated units.

He provides readiness planning and training, explosive ordnance disposal, fire and environmental protection and housing services to 4,300 personnel. In addition, he provides quality assurance of 650 contract personnel in the Turkey Base Maintenance Contract, United States Air Force Europe's largest such contract.

Colonel McCullion graduated from Marian Catholic High School in 1988. He earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering in 1994 from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado and a master of business administration in aeronautics and aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida.

He is the son of Lawrence and Stephanie McCullion from the White Bear section of Summit Hill. He is married to the former Lisa Kravelk, daughter of Michael and Connie Kravelk of Nesquehoning. They have three children; Patrick, Keely and Connor.
