Troopers cite five for false alarms

State police at Fern Ridge have cited three places, and two individuals, for false alarms. Troopers said the five cited permitted four or more false alarm activations during a consecutive 12-month period.

Those cited included Enrico Marini and Carolyn Ingram, both of Effort; Coordinated Health Center, Keystone National Bank branch and Pleasant Valley Presbytrian Church, all of Brodheadsville.
