Eastern Schuylkill Democrats hold Fall rally

The Eastern Schuylkil Democrats held their Fall rally and a Meet the Candidates Night on Monday, Sept. 28 at the East End Fire Company, Tamaqua. Among the Democratic candidates for office in the Nov. 3 General Election who were in attendance included, front row from left, Tracy A. Perry, West Penn Township, candidate for Tamaqua Area School Board; James P. Goodman, incumbent Schuylkill County District Attorney; and Judge Teresa Sarmina, Philadelphia, candidate for Superior Court. Back row, Joseph Hnat, incumbent Coaldale Borough councilman; Justin Startzel, candidate for Tamaqua Borough council; Christian Morrison, incumbent Mayor of Tamaqua; and Joseph Groody, interim Schuylkill County Sheriff.
