Theft from vehicle incident is probed
A theft from a vehicle incident is being probed in Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Richard Addison Kinkead, 36, of 57 Pleasant Valley Rd., Pine Grove Township, reported about 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27, that a Tom Tom GPS system was removed from his 2006 Dodge Caravan while parked behind his residence.
