Woman cited in dog incident
A Monroe County woman has been cited for failing to keep her pit bull confined to her property.
State Police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at about 6:49 p.m. on Friday at the home of Kristina Mosley, who resides at 617 Village Edge Dr., Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.
Charges have been filed against Mosley.
