Hit/run driver is sought

State police at Schuylkill Haven are looking for a hit-and-run driver who was involved in a crash about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, along SR61 at Brick Hill Road, in West Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said the driver of a Ford Mustang was attempting to cross 61 from Brick Hill Road and pulled out and struck the passenger side of a 1992 Chevrolet Cavalier operated by Karen Anthony, of Duncott, Schuylkill County. After the collision the two drivers pulled into the lot of Schaeffer's Harley Davidson Motorcycle to exchange information.

At this point the driver of the Mustang fled south on 61. The hit-and-run vehicle is described as being blue in color and should have front bumper damage. Anthony was not injured but her passenger, Isolina Levkulic of Orwigsburg, sustained minor injuries.
