Two cited for being drunk in Slatington
Two person were cited early Friday, April 2, for being drunk in Slatington.
At about 1:43 a.m., borough police were dispatched to the area of W. Church St. and Long Alley to a report of men staggering. At the scene officers found Brian Sandt, 37, of 3047 Main St., and Brent Schmoyer, 40, of 8541 Brown St., both of Slatington, under the influence of alcohol.
Police said both were cited for public drunkenness.
