Teen cited for harassment

A Schuylkill County teen has been cited for harassment for sending obscene and cruel text messages to a woman.

State police at Schuylkill Haven cited a 16-year-old female from Friendersburg with the offense to sending the messages to Teri Schuettler, 34, of Cressona. The incident occurred about 6:36 p.m. on March 31.
