Bad checks

Criminal charges were filed against Sandra Watson, 37, of 653 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, for bad check. The incident occurred on Feb. 11 at the above address.

Criminal charges were filed against August Gebhardt, 35, of 4381 Hilldale Road, Apt. B, Slatington, last known address, for bad check and theft by deception. The incident occurred on Jan. 17 during business hours in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue. Criminal charges were also filed against Gebhardt for bad check and theft by deception. That incident occurred on Jan. 18 at 7:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft

Michael Halulko, 22, of 4145 Fireline Road, Palmerton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on March 30 at 7:36 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

Tina Cederborg, 43, of 427 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on March 26 at 7:59 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Vehicle violation
