Terence O'Connor speaks out against the health care bill

Terence O'Connor, a commercial attorney in Chestnuthill Township, visited the West End Rotary Club and announced he was going to challenge Pennsylvania State Representative Mike Carroll for his seat in District 118, which covers Polk, Eldred, Chestnuthill 1, 2, 3, Tunkannock, Tobyhanna and parts of Luzerne townships. He said it's time to "clean house" on the state and federal level. He is especially outspoken against the new health care bill and says that the federal power is trampling on the constitution.
